Accounts and subscriptions

We use your account details to sign you in, provide subscribed construction leads, manage subscriptions and support your account. Sign-in and hosting are provided through Lovable Cloud. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Subbie Radar.

Google advertising measurement

Where permitted, Google Ads receives online identifiers (including advertising cookies), page and device information, and confirmed trial or paid plan-start events with an opaque subscription identifier. These measure ad performance and help optimise advertising. We do not send your email, phone number or other customer matching data to Google Ads.

Google may process data outside Australia. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google’s advertising data information.

Your advertising choices

Advertising tracking is blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada, and where location cannot be determined. In Australia, ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you refuse or signal an applicable privacy opt-out. Use Advertising settings at the bottom of any page to accept, reject or withdraw. Rejection does not restrict sign-in, payment or subscribed access.

Your browser stores an anonymous choice reference, region, choice timestamps, and the notice version and wording you saw. Later withdrawal is saved alongside earlier acceptance. Clearing browser storage removes this record; settings are specific to your browser. Events blocked at the time are not replayed after later acceptance.

Lead alerts and storage

If you enable phone push alerts, we retain your push subscription to deliver notifications. You can disable alerts from the dashboard or your browser. Saved lead preferences and advertising choices may be kept in browser storage.
